  • Furry/animal characters (both anthro and feral)

  • Mammalian animals

  • Most reptile animals, including dragons/fictional species

  • Horror/body horror

  • Scars (including self harm scars)

What I can’t draw

  • Child characters

  • Human/humanoid characters

  • Complex poses

  • Complex backgrounds

  • Scene backgrounds

What I won’t draw

  • NSFW of any kind

  • Fetish/kink art of any kind

  • Hateful imagery

  • Incestuous ship art

  • Ship art involving underage characters

  • Ship art between human characters and furry characters (both anthro and feral)

  • Artwork depicting self harm

Art/Design TOS

I have the right to use anything I draw/design however I like, including posting it to any of my account’s and adding anything I’ve drawn/designed for you to my Art Example’s
profile and/or my “Design Example’s” profile on Toyhouse. If I’ve drawn your character I will always give proper credit to you as the owner.If you use anything I’ve drawn for you on your profile you must credit me, either by mentioning my Instagram/Bluesky/Tumblr/Toyhouse username or using a direct link to any of my account’s. If you fail to give proper credit I’ll reach out and ask that you credit me properly, you’ll have a week to do so before I add you to my private blacklist. If you break any other part of my TOS you’ll be added to my private blacklist with no warning.
I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Art specific TOS

You have the right to use any art I draw for you in any way you wish, as long as it doesn’t break my TOS. Some examples of what you’re allowed to do:

  • You may create physical items such as keychains, clothing, accessories, prints etc using my art for your own personal use.

  • You may use any art I draw for you as a profile picture, banner, device wallpaper etc.

  • You may edit/change/draw over any art I draw for you.

  • You may let other people use the art I draw for you.

Do not use my art for any of the following:

  • Do not use any art I draw for you to sell as physical merchandise such as keychains, clothing, accessories, prints etc

  • Do not use anything I create or post online for generative AI purposes.

  • Do not use or edit anything I create to support hateful imagery/ideologies, such as racism, sexism, anti-LGBT+ etc.

  • Do not take credit for anything I create. This includes any art/design’s I create. This includes removing any watermarks I put on my art and not properly crediting me when I ask/when other people ask (for example, “credit to the artist” does not count as proper credit).

Design specific TOS

You have the right to use any of my design’s that you own in any way you wish, as long as it doesn’t break my TOS. Some examples of what you’re allowed to do:

  • You may use my design’s that you own as a mascot.

  • You may create/sell physical merchandise based on my design’s that you own.

  • You may use my design’s that you own as a profile picture, banner, device wallpaper etc.

  • You may redesign/change gender/change body type/draw over any of my design’s you own.

  • You may share ownership of any of my design’s you own with another person/multiple people.

Do not use my design’s for any of the following:

  • Do not use anything I create or post online for generative AI purposes.
